Phzio, in cooperation with Student VIP provides eleigble students with easy and convenient access to virtual care services. These include: Nurse Practitioner Consults, Physiotherapy and Athletic Therapy Consults and Registered Dietitian Consults.
All services are virtual and accessible via your desktop, tablet or phone.
The cost of visits are:
Nurse Practitioner consult for an initial visit are $79 (discounted rate). Follow ups are $63.
Physiotherapy/Athletic Therapy consults for an initial visit are $79 (discounted rate). Follow ups are $63.
Registered Dietitian consult for an initial visit are $110 (discounted rate). Follow ups are $79.
Physiotherapy/Athletic Therapy & Registered Dietitian visits are billed directly your benefits plan (you need to provide details) and any remainder to your credit card. If your benefits plan covers these types of visits, 80-100% is the typical coverage. Check your benefits coverage.
Nurse Practitioner visits are billed directly to your credit card. If your benefits plan covers Nurse Practitioner visits (many HCSA/HSA plans cover the cost), you will be able to submit your claim for reimbursement.
