Follow-ups
For members who do not have coverage for Athletic Therapy but do have coverage for Physiotherapy, the applicable rates are $120.00 for initial assessments and $90.00 for follow-ups.
Athletic Therapy visits are $99.00 for initial assessment and $79.00 for follow-ups. Please confirm that your plan cover visits with Athletic Therapists.
