This 3-week challenge is for everyone, offering a personal journey toward better well-being. What’s the Healthy Habits Challenge?
From February 3 to February 23, 2025, join us in fostering healthy habits and highlighting the importance of well-being in our lives, both at home and at work.

This challenge, powered by Phzio, a leading virtual physical therapy service and platform, provides:

●     Tools to build a healthy routine
●     Virtual physiotherapy and assessments
●     Strategies to address aches and pains

How it works.

●     Start by watching the Healthy Habits Challenge video (listed above) to get an overview of the challenge.
●     Sign up for the live webinars, hosted by Phzio, to gain valuable tips and insights about the challenge.
●     Visit the "START MY HABIT" registration page. Pick a habit or define your own.‍
●     Once registered, you’ll receive daily text reminders* from Phzio to help you stay on track.
